This Refund Policy applies to all hosting services provided by DIGIKAR LLC (DedicatedHostingX), a Delaware Limited Liability Company.
Money-Back Guarantee
- Shared Hosting: 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.
- VPS Hosting: 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.
- Dedicated Servers: 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.
- Reseller Hosting: 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Domain name registrations and renewals.
- SSL certificates once issued.
- Services used beyond the applicable money-back period.
- Renewal invoices (only the initial purchase is covered by the money-back guarantee).
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.

Please include your account email address, the service you wish to cancel, and the reason for your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Service Cancellation
You may cancel your hosting services at any time by submitting a cancellation request through your billing portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period unless covered by the money-back guarantee.
