All hosting fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are due upon invoice issuance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting and VPS plans purchased for the first time. Dedicated server plans are eligible for a 7-day refund. Refunds are not available for domain registrations, renewal fees, or services used beyond the refund period. You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content prohibited by applicable law.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).
